LiveGraph Architecture Explainer

Autonomous Software Engineering with LiveGraph

This entire showcase site is being built autonomously by an AI agent operating inside LiveGraph's execution framework. Here is how LiveGraph works, using this very repository as the concrete example.

1Live Editable Graph

Execution in LiveGraph is modeled as a stateful node graph where state transitions, inputs, and outputs are clear and inspection-ready. Rather than black-box script execution, every step in the pipeline is explicit and traceable.

2Mid-Run Steering

Operators can inspect running workflows, modify parameters or queue items on the fly, and re-steer agent trajectory mid-execution without restarting the pipeline from scratch.

3Approval Gates

High-impact transitions—such as infrastructure provisioning, production deployments, or architectural decisions—pause at explicit human approval gates before proceeding.

4Auditable Runs

Every step, tool execution, marker emitted, and commit made is logged deterministically. Anyone can audit the complete history of how this application was constructed from zero.
